Convenience of location is the only reason this place is busy in the morning. The service(lack of) is pretty evident although the line moves fairly quick. They are super unfriendly. Their DD perks scanner was down today so I had ordered my free drink I had earned but they were not willing to honor it since they could not scan it and tried to force me to pay for it. I said cancel it but she said it was already being made. Not my problem — she could’ve taken the coupon code manually and processed it later as some other stores do. Not willing to go above and beyond.

Never going here again, was basically robbed because the ladies charged me full price for a drink that was supposed to be 25 cents(football season) so they took $ 3.73 from me instead of $ 1.25(coffee + four munchkins)

Terrible Customer Service, no one speaks English or understands your order. The people are standing around doing nothing when they have long times. It takes a long time to get a cup of coffee. The place is small, they have only 3 stools, The staff does not know how to make coffee. When I asked for a donut the Cashier just starting putting some in a box before they even asked what I wanted. Do not go here Long lines, and terrible service.

Terrible customer service. Tried getting donuts specified and basically was told I was taking to long because there was a line behind me. Donuts I feel were below average in quality.

The only redeeming thing about this place is the lack of people traffic ~10AM. So you can get your order in pretty quick. However, the guy that makes the order is rather sluggish considering there aren’t that many orders being made. And seriously, since there isn’t a huge line, do we really need two cashiers and only one person making the orders? Bad allocation of resources much. But what really killed this place for me was the service. Maybe it’s just me, but I couldn’t understand a word the cashier or the order guy said to me. I just nodded my head and assumed the right thing was being ordered and made. #eslproblems
