The girl in the front was unwelcoming and, sorry for the lack of better words, a b*tch. Walked out and went to Starbucks which is on the same block. W all the competition around you would think she would be a little bit nicer.

The great thing about this Dunkin is that the service is FAST! Many times they take your order long before you even get to the register. I feel like one day they are going to take my order from the door. However the con is that the coffee is extra watered down more times than not. Because of this I typically get the dark roast and add a turbo shot. I also got a stale donut when I tried the chips ahoy so I avoid the donuts all together. This is not one of the best Dunkins but the location is convenient and the Dunkin Perk Rewards that are available on the app keep me coming back. I can never turn down a good deal. Plus, I prefer Dunkins pumpkin flavor over Starbuck’s «pumpkin sauce». I really wish that this place can get it together at least to the standards of other Dunkin Donuts in the city.

When a major corporation puts out a coupon to promote its product or service they should honor it. In the case of Dunkin Donuts this is not the case. I clipped a coupon from one of the free handout news publication that prompted a medium sized cup of coffee for the deal price of 50 cents and tried to use it at two Dunkin stores in the NY financial district. Well guess what each store would not accept the coupon because they said the coupon did not contain a bar code! So whose fault is that? Dum dum management for not including this necessary bar code! And the counter person said they could not override the cashier to accept the coupon. Any attorney out there to sue DD for false consumer advertisement? Haha!

Reasonable coffee alternative to the always crowded Starbucks around the corner[1]. Fast, efficient service, plus Dunkin Donuts doughnuts, if you’re into those. There’s light seating — ten seats or so — and free Wi-Fi, good for those toting laptops and wanting some bandwidth. During this warmer weather, I find French vanilla Coolatas to be the perfect inducers of iced brain freezes. [1] Uh, either corner. Yes, there are two Starbucks within football-throwing distance of this DD.

Service is great. The line moves very quickly during their«rush». But the bagels suck.

Good donuts/coffee, clean, and fast. When it gets busy in the morning, I’m surprised how long it takes to get in and out of the door. I’m usually in and out in 5 minutes including breakfast.

One of my favorite DD locations. Dunkin Donuts is becoming similar Starbucks in the sense it is popping up everywhere. This is the location closest to my office and the ladies that work here are fast and never, ever get an order wrong. They know me by now and know how I take my iced coffee. There isn’t much seating available but this is really here for a grab and go location. Plus the Lottery place is next door so if you’re feeling lucky after your cup of Joe, you can go buy a scratch off. Never ever go to Starbucks if DD is nearby.
