Waste of time… This place doesn’t understand English and only send report if MRI films not listed on dr referral. They will not send both. I have done many MRI before and this place hold ur MRI film hostages and expect you to come back personally to pick them up yourself. Unreal. Go somewhere else where you can get report and film before you leave the office. Awful service and will not be returning at all.

I had an MRI there yesterday. My initial contact with the office staff was less than auspicious, but later I dealt with a very helpful young woman named Angie and she was a big improvement. Also, the radiology technician (Duane) was a *really* sweet guy! The office is very clean and everything was done quite professionally.

Recommended to me from my employer (fire dept.), they were able to schedule me same day at a convenient time for me. Very friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and classy. I had a very good experience with them and would absolutely go back.

If you see any of the orthopedists at Beth Israel, this is one of the MRI locations that they request you use.
The staff here is extremely professional, and very accomodating. They even have Saturday appointments if you need for most MRI procedures.
Two thumbs up.
