History

Established in 1992.

This practice has been in existence since 1992 and became Eastside Optometric in 2003, when the previous doctor decided to sell. We changed the philosophy of the practice to become more innovative when providing eye care.

Our doctors and staff are committed to assuring that you receive the highest quality eye care available. Our emphasis is on comprehensive eye examinations, the fitting of contact lenses, and the diagnosis and management of eye disease. Business Owner

Dr. Robert Goldberg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Rhode Island. He graduated Magna cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry and was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the optometric honor fraternity. Dr. Goldberg has been practicing in New York City for over 25 years. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the New York State Optometric Association, and the Optometric Society of the City of New York. Dr. Goldberg is committed to providing the highest quality of care to his patients. His professional experience includes extensive knowledge in specialty contact lens fitting, diagnosis and management of ocular disease, ocular trauma and primary care optometry.
