ECommerce Partners was founded in 1998 by Gil Levy and Asi Erenberg, two young entrepreneurs with a background in business technology, a passion for Internet marketing, and a keen understanding on how to turn websites into profit centers.

My partner and I worked with ECommerce Partners for the development of our website. Neither of us is particularly tech savvy, but we had a good idea of what we hoped to achieve. Anyone who’s been down the development road knows what a nightmare it is trying to find the right partner. From the get go, we felt like we were in good hands with these guys. Asi was really, really patient and worked closely with us to understand what our business model was, who we were looking to reach, and really helped us focus on what we wanted to achieve from the site. We came with a long list of questions and requirements, but they helped us scale things down to what would be most necessary — even dissuading us from getting too complicated with things and potentially overspending for things we wouldn’t really need. One of the hardest parts of our site is the personalization of product, but the guys at ECommerce really broke things down so that the end result is clear and easy for consumers, which is just what we were hoping for.
Patient, efficient, and got the job done. Very happy.

The company I worked for, hired the folks at ecommercepartners for their consulting services in 2012. The goal was to take our existing e-​commerce business to the next level. What we liked most about working with them was that unlike many other companies we weren’t given the usual pitch with lots of nice words to try and please us, on the contrary, they were straight forward and insightful about feasible solutions. They worked together with us in full transparency in a way that helped us achieve most of our desired results.

Gil Levy of Ecommerce partners built us a website and intentionally did not send us the files of the website. Then charged us $ 320 per quarter for several years for hosting when you can get it at GoDaddy for about $ 15 per quarter. Then, when we complained that they were charging us too much for hosting, they «lost» our database. His colleague, Jakob Schwerdt, stood by while this was happening and did not help at all. These people are criminals. Do not do business with them.
