Established in 1956.

Once upon a time, two brothers decided to open a parking lot. So they purchased property on Edison Street in the center of Newark’s bustling commercial district. On day one, they parked 23 automobiles and made $ 11.50.

Today those first nickels and dimes collected in 1956 have grown to become a multi-​million dollar company. Edison Properties’ diverse portfolio of assets comprises over 5.6 million square feet of prime real estate.
