Electra Cleaning Contractors

Over the years we’ve come to expect a certain level of D-​grade service. It’s definitely apparent that they have no idea how to strip and wax a floor properly. We’ve had their supervisors come in on multiple occasions and yet they refuse to acknowledge the layers of wax just thrown on top of each other until we point it out to them. Along with dirt (and one time a dime) waxed into the floor. There’s a few years worth of wax caked up against the walls. Also, we’re constantly getting complaints about our restrooms not being cleaned to standard. One of the cleaners in charge of a certain area leaves so early that by the next morning his AO looks like it was never touched due to all the people left in the building after he leaves. Apparently he has to rush to another site. I dont know if our building is considered low priority or what. I guess you really do just get what you pay for.
