WARNING: WORSTTAILOREVER. I should’ve done a proper Unilocal search on this place. I dropped off a pair of formal tailored pants(satin in the back) to get the hem shortened. I went to pick it up and noticed the satin on one of the legs has scratch marks along the hem as if the tailor ran the sewing machine across it. I pointed out the mistake to the hispanic cashier guy. He tried to cover it up by saying«It came that way.» I then confronted the tailor lady herself. She said she did use the sewing machine and when she saw the problem, she hand stitched the other leg(which is the proper way to hem delicate fabrics BYTHEWAY). She also mentioned it was the fabric’s defect, and she has never encountered such a problem before. She then asked me to return the pants to the store. Of course no store would take back anything tailored. And it’s not a defect of the fabric. If she has never touched a satin wedding dress, a satin tuxedo, a satin lining of a jacket, then she should NOT be working as a tailor. Then she asked me «how much?» I told her the pants were from 3.1 Phillip Lim, and I even had the receipt on me since I purchased it just last week. She was shocked by the price and asked for further proof like a price tag but most designer stores don’t have the price on tags. She keeps going and tells me that I’m too rich to come here. So instead of apologizing, she has managed to make me look like an idiot. Rich or poor, we all use the same dry cleaners/tailors near our work, school, home etc. After 15 minutes, the hispanic guy and the manager refunded my money. If I were a real jerk, I’d make them pay for my pants. I know that that’s probably how much they make in a week, so I left with my refund and never looked back. GUYS, ALWAYSDOYOUR UnilocalCHECK.

A clean looking place that does TERRIBLE work. I needed a formal shirt cleaned and ironed for a work event. They upsold me to «hand ironing,» at a cost of $ 5.50, but assured me that it would leave my shirt looking perfect. The upshot is that my shirt came back with a wrinkled placket and collar and with severe wrinkles ironed into the cuffs. I had to re-iron it myself, and wasn’t able to get all the wrinkles out. Long story short, this place charges too much for cruddy service. Save your money and find a better cleaner.
