He began his practice in the United States ten years after receiving his degree from the University of East London. He came to New York with a passion for immigration law, knowing it was one of the main channels for immigrants coming in and out of the country.
Yaniv Lavy was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003 and the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2004. Having a background in both criminal defense law and immigration law, Attorney Yaniv Lavy is able to combine the two to help individuals in unique situations facing removal because of criminal charges.
