Fitness Fight Camp is a kickboxing and Muay Thai based bootcamp. Our camp offers 8 classes a week in Central Park and is open to motivated women and men who want to break through their exercise ruts and reach their fitness goals.
We’ll give you an individually tailored workout that will allow you to burn the maximum amount of fat, while building endurance, strength, and muscle tone, all while having fun and learning real and easy-to-follow adapted fight drills. You will get all the attention of personal training at a fraction of the cost in a motivational, group setting with boot camp-inspired elements and an always-changing variety of partner drills.
Our workouts are never the same, so you won’t get bored, but you’ll always be blasting tons of calories, toning up your trouble spots, and improving your stamina and cardio. All we ask for from you is a good attitude and a drive to push yourself.

Established in 2010.
Fitness Fight Camp was designed for motivated people who want to achieve their fitness goals, but didn’t necessarily want to be trapped in a gym setting. You couldn’t ask for a better setting than Central Park. We look forward to getting fit together!
