I have been working out with Fitnotic for about two years and highly recommend the instructors, especially Sheryl and Rae. I’ve done many classes post and prenatal– many classes I have been able to bring my baby to, which was the only way I was able to work out in the months following the birth of my son. I have had fantastic workouts in yoga, belly dancing, and baby boot camp. I have also logged in hundreds of miles on Fitnotic walks, which was KEY in keeping me fit and ready to handle labor. I have enjoyed all the social and charity events Fitnotic sponsers. I’ve met so many great friends through them.

Working out with Sheryl during my pregnancy(hello prenatal kickboxing!) was a great way to stay in shape and fun to boot. I haven’t done her hooping classes yet, but only heard great things about it — everyone loves it! Sheryl is super motivated and brings that across during the class. I can recommend working out with Sheryl to anyone no matter what fitness level they are at.

I did prenatal private training with Sheryl and was so happy to find her. Her workouts were challenging, but not more than I could handle and she’s very conscientious and just a super-sweet person. I feel much more ready to birth my baby after working out with Sheryl. Thanks!
