Join us at Foragers Table where our executive chef Nickolas Martinez creates vibrant seasonal dishes in our open kitchen. We source locally and regionally with seasonal produce and meats from farms including our own in upstate New York. Our wine list reflects the best of our natural, organic, and biodynamic selections from Foragers Wines.
History
Established in 2012.
Foragers Table is just one part of Foragers Market in Chelsea. The success of our sister store in DUMBO inspired us, so we opened our second specialty market in Chelsea. Along with the market we opened a retail wine shop and a full service restaurant all in the same space. We wanted the restaurant to reflect our philosophy in our markets by providing high quality ingredients, either through seasonal organic produce or the bounty of small New England farmers and artisan producers.
