Even if you are an employee, find another doctor. I was seeing a doctor here who routinely scheduled three patients at a time. He really didn’t listen to anything I was saying and even less registered. The nurses are fantastic and seem to do all the work because the staff at the front desk and the doctors clerical staff sure aren’t doing it. They can’t handle a simple referral or prescription without heavy doses of attitude. You deserve better than these indifferent, rushed doctors-I did and went elsewhere

My doctor cancelled my appointment 3 days in advance. When I called to reschedule I asked why and was told he went on vacation. I was also told that he was no longer able to see me and would another doctor be acceptable. It was beyond unprofessional of the doctor and an unacceptable way to run a practice.

The only reason to be here is because the patient is an employee of Mount Sinai Beth Israel; otherwise, this office is run like a clinic with all the expected mistakes: missed phone calls, unreturned messages, long waiting times, etc.

Have to agree with all the negative reviews. The MDs seem OK, but the people staffing the front desk are rude, if not downright hostile, and incompetent. I would advise anyone thinking about going there to stay far, far away.
