Curry chicken seems to be getting smaller as in portions of chicken and a more fatty processed chicken pieces. The kind you get when you have a chicken meal in SOHO.

Fast and easy delivery bumps this place to 4 stars. I ordered the Broccoli with Garlic Sauce and was pleasantly surprised. Not every Chinese restaurant gets the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors needed to get this dish right! General Tso’s chicken was tasty, crispy, and plentiful. On a scale of yuck to yum — this ranks at about an Mmm Mmm good. You won’t be disappointed. :)

It took me a while to find a Chinese delivery place that I could stick with. It’s pretty much the same menu as you’ll find for Chinese delivery and take-out, but they prepare the foods nicer and always get the order right. The dumplings and hot and sour soup are very good. They always get my order right.

I ordered the Singapore Mein Fun and whatever I got was nowhere close to a Mei Fun. I called the restaurant to complain about my food but the gentleman on the other end would not listen. He kept arguing with me like this was the first time I was having this dish. Then, he hung on me… I was about to call back but I decided to write a review instead. Horrible service, bad communication and no willingness to listen/understand the customer.

Chinese dude came riding down my street from out of the darkness, within minutes– I thought it was magic. Super cheap, huge delicious servings. Great hard working team behind this place. Would def order from here again. Good work, Good Taste!

I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Harlem and they are delicious! Most chinese food places say they have no MSG and still put it in and give me a headache. This place, has yet to give me a headache. Their food is tasty and the lady behind the counter is really nice. It’s take out and delivery only though.

For the price, it’s hard to beat Good Taste. I mean, yeah, the first time I walked by there in 2008 I was a little put off by the bullet-proof glass everywhere, but don’t let that deter you! Food is hot and good, and you can get just about anything you want deep-fried. Ordering over the phone is a piece of cake, and even their dumplings aren’t bad.

I wok’ed in here on a Sunday night. I wasn’t sure if it’d be a fright! But I was pleasantly surprised, When the food came out nice! Chicken lo mein, $ 5.50, quart-sized, Turns out, they packed in an extra size! Was pretty good, and came out fast, too. I’m Unilocal Elite, I ain’t no foo! I’ll come here again, When I’m hungry for take-out. Good Taste, the real deal, You’ll get it with rice, no doubt.

I’m temporarily staying in Harlem and there isn’t much delivery food to choose from. But every time I have ordered from them they have came SO quickly. And they don’t cope an attitude or 1.5 late like the other delivery guys. By the way I am staying at a 5th floor walk up! The food is good Chinese-American food. But if you are expecting gourmet Chinese food, this isn’t for your palette. Garlic Chicken has been my go-to item. General Tso chicken tastes like the Garlic Chicken. So get the garlic chicken since its cheaper duh. The won ton soup was eh. If you order $ 10 worth, you get a free soda and an eggroll! My go-to-Harlem-Chinese-food-because-I-miss-Asian-kinda-delivery place!

I would be remiss if I did not include this humble hole in the wall to my list of places worthy to eat. I affectionately call it my «Ghetto Chinese» spot. And since I get takeout(you can only get take out. It’s one of those joints) at least twice a week, I decided that they deserve rd a nod. The cooks aren’t particularly friendly, but who cares? The food is delicious and noticeably well prepared. The other night, I actually tasted ginger in my spicy beef. Now, that’s class! They serve brown rice($ 0.25 extra), and tofu which is pretty uncommon in a lot of these establishments. As the neighborhood changes(I live in Harlem) so has the clientele. The other night, me, a very well dressed older white gentleman, and one of the neighborhood drug dealers, all stood patiently in line waiting to pay for our food. Good Taste appeals to all tastes!
