Was looking for descent brunch spot near my new place, and I think I found it. Only the food is a bit salty for me, but overall okay, descent food. Nice outside seating Heaven for people like me who don’t like preparing breakfast in the morning

Super tiny, crowded place but I guess that’s just about any place in NY. Food was just ok.

The food I’ve had in the diner or have ordered is fine. Solid diner grub. The reason I’m writing this review is to inform the proprietor that the counter person/employee who takes phone orders working the overnight shift is rude, curt, and very difficult to deal with over the phone. I’m tired of his attitude and will be taking my business over to Midnight Express. I don’t write this review lightly. He is awful to deal with and you should be aware of who you have representing your establishment.

Delivery driver hits our car with my wife in the car. No insurance and no license. The boss told him to leave while we were waiting for the police. DON’T ever go here. Total dirtbags

Ordered a spinach and feta cheese omelette for breakfast delivery and it was the worst I’ve ever had. Way too much spinach, NO feta cheese and sooooo many onions chopped up in there. Zero taste and a total waste of money. Delivery was super fast but I’d rather wait a little longer for quality food.

Close to my apartment, which is why I have visited more than one time. When being hung over you don’t want to walk a long distance for food, which is the only reason anyone would go here. Nothing special about the food. Watch the bill, since one time we were there, they«accidently» gave us the a la carte price for one of the brunch items.

Ordered food for delivery from here the other night while I was staying at a hotel in nyc. Had to call 3 times before getting my order taken. When I finally ordered I gave the person my hotel, room number and phone number. I Ordered the food around 12:20 am and waited untill about 1:15 before I called again and asked if my food was coming. The person I talked to said it would be here any minute. I stayed up until about 2 am waiting for my food and eventually said screw it and went to bed. Should not have given them my credit card number because they charged me 30 bucks for food that was never delivered to me. Don’t recommend ordering delivery from here while in nyc.

Came here because nothing is opened in UES at 2 am on a early Tuesday morning, so we came here because J was hungry. The waiter here looks like Gargamel, but he didn’t seem to be vicious like the villain. He didn’t smile much though, but I am sure he’s a good guy. J said the food was okay regarding the cheeseburger with onion rings. I just don’t care too much for diner food…

Okay… here’s the thing. Everyone in super nice there and the service is really awesome! The issue I come into is the price of the food for the quality of the food. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and it was a tortilla wrapped around American cheese! It was awful, I could have made a grilled cheese instead. It was 10 dollars total. I could have made it at home for a dollar. It dissatisfied me

I’ve been here a few times and ordered a variety of dishes: soups, fried eggs, turkey sandwich, etc. All of the dishes lack flavor. They need salt, which is easily fixed and I understand their hesitation to over salt. But even the salt doesn’t coax out the best flavor so I assume they’re using low quality ingredients. There are a few other diner options in the area so I normally walk past Gracie’s to the other diner I prefer.

I ordered delivery here and wasn’t disappointed. The service was quick. The motzah ball soup was decent and the prices are reasonable. I’d order here again in a pinch.

They now have outside seating. My, aren’t we getting all fancy-pants! Guess I’ll raise it a star for that. Still, it’s like putting lipstick on a pig.

Holiday 2011 with a good sincere poet friend on a Wednesday night for a large party of eighteen includes two minors, both under twenty one respectively. Yet in life it’s all about networking to provide better service which also gets your foot into the door. Gracie’s Corner Diner literally sits on the southwest corner of 86th Street is clean cut service totaling $ 128.00, without alcohol. Tables are minute tiny where the condiments plaster the table for lack of space. Wait staff is sufficient and somewhat efficient to the tee. Seating is cramped which is typical for diner setting. Cheap eats has greatly decline for good quality of food as I’ve hastily inhaled my Spaghetti and meat ball entrée without saying grace prior to in-taking my meal. Thus, I guess there goes the Grace… oh Lord! Quality food is better than other diners where I’ve endured. All the hype to dine at diners has really induce me into loosing my appetite. Okay, but not great. This diner is kid friendly. Gracie’s Corner operates 24/7, yet I rather upkeep my Unilocal barfly badge.
