Warning: Don’t even bother to buy anything from this place, because in case u brought the wrong item, or dissatisfied with the product, you’re stuck with it forever. I am a neighbor lived two buildings down, I stopped by Saturday to buy a Japanese shampoo, I was in a bit of hurry, so I didn’t pay close attention to the label and later found out that I grabbed conditioner which uses the same packaging. I haven’t open the product. So I went back today hoping I can do a exchange for shampoo. So I went in and requested, a middle age women attended me, she didn’t even want to listen to what I have to say, immediately refused me, claiming no refund nor exchange. She then asked me to buy another shampoo. I asked for owner, she said even the owner would have done the same thing. Really? How difficult is it to put conditioner back to the shelve and exchange me the shampoo? I think consumer affair should know about this!!! Well, to be fair, the young girl helped me on Saturday was very friendly, she wasn’t around today, I think she would help and understand. Just good luck with that middle age women.

The attention and care from the pharmacists definitely met my expectations. It is so clean and the service was quick enough that by the time I finished shopping around the drugstore, my prescription was filled and ready to go. They were friendly and thorough with directions. Overall a very good pharmacy with a great staff who really puts their customers first

Unilocal blocked my last raving review, and a few others’. which is a shame because this pharmacy deserves all the genuine, heart-felt praise its’ patrons give it, and everyone on the les in need of a prescription fill ought to come here. I get my psychiatric-prescribed medicine filled here regularly, and receive prompt, personal service from Dorothy and others. Most recently, i had an eye injury, and Dorothy was so empathetic– i know her care helped me recover. She called my doctor to specify what strength of a certain eye drop i needed(something my ophthalmologist overlooked yet my pharmacist caught– wow), and had all 3 of my meds ready in under 10 minutes. Then she wrote on their boxes in large, clear writing how to use them(since my injury made it so i could barely see). On top of that, this pharmacy is sympathetic to those like me without insurance, and if you’re half as good a person as they are, they may just offer you a discount on the retail value, after giving you information on how to procure a low-cost health plan(which i have been too busy to follow up on, but their compassion about it is outstanding). Please, Unilocal, let the world know about Grand Health. They’re the best little pharmacy in this neighborhood, they truly healed me, and they deserve more business than those drones CVS or Duane Reade. As the LES changes, let’s reinvest in the honest businesses like this one that we are lucky enough to support.

Friendliest people in the neighborhood. I get all my home and business pharmacy needs there. They are even my notary public. inexpensive quick and efficient. always a pleasure. Everyone should support local mom and pop shop pharmacies like this one.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to, hands down. The pharmacists know my husband and me and are always extremely friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile whenever they can– including the time the owner re-opened the store for me the night before a holiday weekend to make sure I had the medicine I needed(and, my add, with a smile!) I will never ever go back to a chain pharmacy– Grand Health has completely spoiled me with their warmth and neighborhood charm.

This pharmacy was so quick and the friendliest service received ;) I found it on Google maps after visiting duane reade on delancey and recieving the rudest and slow service they usually provide for the last time.
