Haric Laundry

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the ONLY self service laundry mat within a 10 block radius so we are forced to do our laundry here. I’ve contemplated calling BBB on them but I’m afraid to lose the only place to do laundry in the area. ¹⁄₃ of the machines are broken at all times. I see mice every time I come, today a dead baby mouse. The change machine is broken. I’ve been coming here for over a year it only gets worse and the haven’t fixed a thing.
$ 5.50 for a large washer
$ 3.50 for a small
$ 0.25 each 7mins on a dryer.
The hours of operation always change. They post a hand written sign on the window, they have closed early locking my stuff in the facility in a washer and I had to come back before work in the AM to rewash my wet clothes .
You can’t move its very narrow and there is nowhere to sit, but that’s the least of the problems in this uncleanly facility. I wonder if the clothes even get clean. I’ll attach pictures.
Update went there tonight to do laundry at 8pm and there was a hand written sign «last wash 6:30pm closing at 8pm»
I hate this place

The absolute worst. About ¹⁄₃ of the machines are always broken, the place is DISGUSTING and absolutely filthy, so small you can barely move inside. Prices are way higher than average, $ 3.50 for a small wash load. I have had machines take my money and either not turn on or not work (ie tumble without any hot air, not rinse, etc). I have contacted the help number inside and no one ever got back to me. Is there another alternative in the neighborhood? I would love to know so I can go somewhere else — HELP!

Teeny tiny. If more than 3 people are in here, you’re constantly «excuse me» and «Can you move your cart?» Prices are average for the neighborhood, still uses all quarters. It’s close by, that’s the only thing going for it. It’s the fact that most UES buildings have their own laundry facilities, so the neighborhood doesn’t have much choice if you choose to do your own.
