This place has been my go to since I moved to the neighborhood. I work a pretty demanding job, so my only option for laundry day is to have someone do it for me. They clean and fold everything very nicely. But I find it interesting how a good pair of jeans can go «missing» if they claim to wash all of your clothes together. I can understand socks and underwear sometimes fall by the wayside on laundry day. BUT A WHOLEPAIROFJEANS?! Judging by earlier comments I don’t think I’ll be getting my $ 50 jeans back nor will I be getting a reimbursement. I hate to have to cut my ties with this place, but that’s just unacceptable. Very disappointed.

If there is a laundry room in my building, or in my apartment, I am more than willing to wash my own clothes. I’m no princess. But when there’s not, I’m not. I brought my clothing here for wash & fold when I first moved back to the neighborhood. They lost several items and made no effort to search for them or to compensate me. And the manager never returned my calls or responded to a note that I was told to leave with the attendants. There are several dry cleaners that also have wash & fold service within the immediate area. They all do a much better job, for the same price, and none of them(including the one that I settled on) has ever lost anything.

Lots of machines, lots of dryers. It’s a laundromat! Also, there’s a great coffee shop two doors down, so you can get a cup or plate of something while you wait. $ 2.50 per wash cycle.
