As President and Founder of Harlem Lofts Inc., Robb Pair possesses 30 years of experience as a successful real estate developer and broker, and expertise in sales marketing. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, North Carolina, and Virginia, and a licensed contractor in New York.

He combines an uncanny ability and unique passion for connecting buyers and sellers with an unsurpassed knowledge of the Harlem New York real estate market. Since 2001, Robb has lived in a Harlem brownstone that was developed by his firm. He and his wife are raising their family (four boys) in Harlem and he is committed to ensuring its future growth.

Had an excruciatingly difficult time working through Harlem Lofts. The broker we worked with was unresponsive, unhelpful, and nearly cost us a lease on a great apartment. At every turn in the process, something went wrong with the Harlem Lofts side of the deal, even when we thought it couldn’t possibly get any worse. I can’t think of any other experience with a professional/​organization that was as frustrating and unprofessional as my experience with this company.
As of this review, almost a month after move in, they still owe us hundreds of dollars of deposit money that should have been returned upon signing the lease.
If you can take your business elsewhere, you absolutely should.
