History
Established in 2002.
With a spirited sense of buen gusto, Havana Central presents a portal to Cuba’s golden era, when life on the island paradise was a continuous party. Stepping through the doors, diners enter circa 1950s Havana, where Celia Cruz is singing her latest hit with La Sonora Matancera.
Havana Central transports its guests to another place and time — one where Frank Sinatra and Lucky Luciano rub shoulders at the bar, while Desi Arnez’s Babalu blares in the background. Tables are laden with flavorful food that is gently spiced and comfortingly reminiscent of home. The bartenders are muddling mojitos and the party never stops.
It is an unmistakable celebration of Cuban culture, with food, décor, music and people that transports patrons to another time and place — an excursion that, in keeping with Cuban tradition, embraces the whole family.
