Absolutely amazing hair! I’ve bought my extensions about 8 months ago and they are still perfect! Even me dying in 4 times and doing a whole lot of crap to it, the extensions still are beautiful. Great quality! !

Helena is a fabulous wig maker, designer, stylist and is fairly priced. Yes her «mood» can be a bit erratic BUT she is always PROFESSIONAL, works hard to get you what you want and expeditious in custom orders, if your looking for a friend in a wig store your probably not in the right place. If you want a high quality ready made or custom piece (I had 2 made) she is the one to go to. Her assistant (Uta ?? sp) is sweet and super super talented. They also will work very hard to tailor a piece based on your wants. Both of mine were very non tradition colors and they had no problem accommodating my request.

Super nice people.
The person took time to look with me and to really find out what I liked and didn’t like. She was willing to match my hair, if I wanted that and to cut to the desired style I wanted. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed to buy one over the other and felt like it was worth the price.
Fun to go a little different sometimes and explore all options.

The owner Helena is An absolute horror of a human being!!! I have never been so offended in my life!!! She is beyond rude and disrespectful! Her prices change at will with no basis or consistency! To add insult to injury, she is just a disrespectful human being. I don’t know whether it’s the many years under North Korean dictator, or the Chinese Communist régime that has created such a miserable human being. This is America, And our money is green wherever we go! Anyone anyone anyone… even thinking about patronizing this establishment should reconsider as though considering a voluntary mastectomy!!! That’s how serious of a Decision it would be to consider spending a single red cent with this witch!

Really rude staff and poor selection of ready-​made wigs. Even the short, synthetic wigs here are really expensive and they charge you per wig you try on. I was obviously a sincere potential customer, not someone just looking to giggle with friends or anything. (I came in alone.) And their selection is so measly I only wanted to try on two anyway. I bit the bullet and tried out one which was really unflattering though the salesperson told me it looked great on me. (It didn’t at all.) I walked around the corner to a place that was a lot cheaper but much friendly and ultimately got a relatively expensive wig there that still cost less than the cheapest one here, and looked as good.

Beautiful selection of hair ! So happy with my purchase ! I can say this with confidence for the price you pay and the quality is amazing. There other places where you can pay more but the quality lacks. The Helena collection has the right balance !

I purchased an amazing wig from here in November and I can’t say enough amazing things about this shop and the staff. The quality of my hair is astounding. Nobody can tell I’m wearing a wig. The service they provide is wonderful. In this case you really get what you pay for. I will be a customer for life. Thank you !

The only nice thing I can say about this place is that the quality of the hair is really beautiful which is why I keep going back.
The staff however, especially the woman who appears to be the manager, is consistently rude and borderline insulting.
I am an Emmy nominated hairstylist and have been working with celebrities for almost 15 years. I’e spent thousands of dollars at this place and every time I leave I feel like I’ve just been punched in the stomach.

A distinct step up in quaility from the Wig places on 14^th. And of much course better stuff, Too. Very friendly staff.
Never any hassles. I’ve been happy with the prices and selections.
Bought a few pieces now from them. And they’ve outlasted everything else!
