i’ve been training with Deemsy Arias, and he always pushes me hard. I’ve got joint problems, but he finds creative ways to work me out and get me sweaty and sore(in the good way). while the gym itself is a little small and getting into the bathroom to change can be a hassle, the workout is what is important, and its well worth the time and money. not to mention fun, with just a little bit of sass.
