History
Established in 2005.
The owner of Hong Kong Station® visited New York in 2003. He fell in love with New York, and he wanted to bring his own culture: Hong Kong culture, and the authentic Hong Kong food to New York.
As a result, the Hong Kong Station® on 45 Bayard Street, New York NY 10 013 was opened in 2005. Hong Kong Station® was the first restaurant to bring the «Hong Kong style noodle», which is also known as «cart noodle», to the United States.
