Everything is OK. Keep your expectations realistic, like sandwich, coffee, and a snack. You can’t go wrong. Consistent personnel means you will be remembered.

What I ordered… an everything bagel with 3 egg whites, ham, swiss cheese, salt and pepper.
What I received… an everything bagel with 2 scrambled eggs and ketchup.
Where was the ham, where was the swiss cheese and where was the salt and pepper dammit? And why was there ketchup on there?
If I wasn’t the only one in store at the time that ordered an egg sandwich, I would have thought that the grill master mixed up my order… but that just wasn’t the case. Forgive me for venting… had my coffee been prepared with milk, like I asked, maybe I wouldn’t be so grumpy. I’m just not a fan of luke warm black coffee… blehhhhh!
O.K. — enough bitching for the day… the bagel was however, pretty good… and shame on me for not checking my order before I left the store. If I ever return though, I’ll be sure to get my coffee elsewhere.
