If you want to see RESULTS, then Hourglass workout is your answer!!! In one month, I’ve already seen changes in myself and other members.
Got to admit, at first I was a little intimidated because I thought it would be all weight lifting, but it’s not! Every class incorporates cardio, plyos, weights and partnering fun… so you can’t slack!
Melissa the instructor is amazing and sweet! She really gets to know each one of her clients and is a fabulous mentor with nutrition and training. She corrects your form whenever needed and definitely makes you work and sweat!!!
Only downside is that the classes can get full and you may get waitlisted. So book early! Also wish there were more times available, but Melissa said she’s working on that!

I had been following Hourglass Workouts on Instagram (@hourglassworkout) for a while now, and I was really intrigued by the type of workouts and the environment that the program provided.
I was excited to learn that Hourglass Workouts was coming to NYC because I was looking for an extra push in terms of my fitness regimen. I started the Hourglass program back in May 2015 and I cannot believe the changes I have seen already in my body.
The classes are full of different workouts to challenge one’s endurance and fitness level. Melissa (Hourglass Trainer) is always pushing all the women in the class to push beyond their limit.
Hourglass has proven to be what I needed to finally achieve the summer body I have wanted for so long.
I really recommend giving this workout a try!

Hourglass is the only workout class that I will take! I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now and Melissa is a beast! You’ll never do the same workout twice. There’s always something new to keep you working… and you WILL work.
She’s very friendly and is always checking your form to ensure you’re being safe!
