Just talked to the Hudson River Park group and apparently the batting cages are closed and won’t be reopened. So I guess that means there aren’t any outdoor cages in Manhattan any more.

Love these batting cages! Although they don’t always work properly (baseballs in the softball chute, really high or really low balls), I love that they’re outside. Sign a waiver and leave an ID to borrow a bat and a helmet. $ 2 for 15 pitches.
