Sale something to me for $ 80, while online price was only $ 25, Is rip off. Not to mention the package I got today was opened. Even I told her I want to refund because is an open package. She refuse.
Another thing is heavily sales and up-​sale. OMG, she will keep ask do you want mask? Do you want anything else? And keep following you when you just want to take a look at a single product. Stay away from them.
Rip off and worst customer service. You will know what I am talking about it as soon as you walk-​in. Watch out your wallet!

The only reason I am giving one star is because there is no option for negative stars. They charged me $ 79 for a can of hylauron&collagen original! Search online it’s only 40. I understand they gotta make a profit, but making a 100% profit is ridiculous. STAY AWAY.

There’s two beauty supply store on the second floor of New World Mall. This is one of them.
I guess the main difference between the two stores are the variety of products. iBeauty carries popular brands that cater more to the older female than the other store which carries more teen-​friendly brand. Still iBeauty has your Tsubaki, Sana, and other well known Japanese brands.

STAY AWAY! Right when you walk in, alarm bells should go off because none of the products have prices listed. The woman who works there charges customers whatever she wants and raises prices a ton and then pretends to discount to give you a «deal». However, the «deal» is still overpriced. Aggressive sales tactics and shady pricing. Go across the street or even to the supermarket and it will be cheaper and you’ll get better service.
