Imperial Parking Systems

There must be a reason that just about every Imperial Parking Systems that you can find on Unilocal has abysmal reviews. This is a company that has zero regard for customer service, and the Imperial Parking on 24^th Street may as well be its flagship location.
These were some of the most miserable parking attendants that I have had the misfortune of encountering over 6 years in this city. The only exception is a very sweet Hispanic daytime worker. The rest will make you regret ever setting foot inside the garage.
During our four years of monthly parking at this location, we witnessed attendants sitting in customer cars with the stereo blasting, berating confused zipcar customers and pocketing holiday tips. The manager could not have cared less. Their ridiculous call-​ahead policy leaves no room for an occasional emergency and you often have to call 5 – 10 times before anyone answers.
During Hurricane Sandy, my husband had to inform the attendants that there was a massive natural disaster on the way and that the garage was located in the center of it. Oh yes, when we called to ask what they were advising people to do in preparation for the storm they literally replied, «What are you talking about?»
I hear the new monthly rate is $ 800. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They don’t deserve your business.
