IT Computer Support of New York

I’ll summarize everything I’m going to say about these people in the long narrative below in just one sentence:
If you are a business owner seeking honest, reliable, informative and focused support — you’d be CRAZY not to give ITCSNY a try.
I don’t write reviews often — much less raving reviews like this one. I own two businesses — one bricks and mortar in a more established market, and the other a newer, internet-​only biz. When we reached a point where it was time to upgrade our computer equipment, Dan was there to help and guide us with an assortment of options that met both our needs and our budget. We’re now fully up to date and loving it.
Further, with the continued explosion of the internet and its capabilities, I had no real idea of how to promote my business on-​line so that more customers could find us.
And here’s where the real distinction lies for these guys.
There are any number of companies out there willing to take your money to help improve your internet presence — but what I found time after time as sales reps sat across the desk from me was that they were in the «telling» mode — with very little «listening» going on. What I mean is that these companies may have good ideas to improve your internet presence — but (as the founder and owner of my company for 26+ years now) I think I have a better understanding of who my customers are and what they want. So someone «telling» me what I need is not as valuable as someone who is able to LISTEN and work hand in hand with me – building on both our experience bases to make improvements.
ITCSY does just that.
How do I know? 60 days after we started working with them, my service provider contacted me – we had so much traffic to our site we had to DOUBLE the amount of space we’d been using before. More importantly, this translated directly to increased sales.
I’ll stop gushing now. These guys do a bangup job. I’ll never go to anyone else.
