History
Established in 2003.
When Fermin Bello arrived from Puebla, Mexico with the ilusion of a new life, started working in many kitchens in Manhattan from French to Italians. After many years, getting more experience and opening his mind to new creations and combining different flavors, finally he decided to open Itzocan Café seven years ago, offering Mexican-French dishes, new flavors everyday and getting more happy customers day by day.
Fermin Bello is very serious with his creations, ingredients and his kitchen and he apreciates all comments from his customers from different websites, reviews, magazines and all kind of media.
