Dr. Shen must be the only pediatric optometrist in Chinatown. Her office was packed with patients. We had to wait nearly to two hours past our appointment time, which was annoying. Our actual time with the doctor was less than 10 minutes. She has great credentials, but her rushed examination did not give us confidence when we had an issue with the eyeglass prescription. I ended taking my daughter to another doctor instead of going back to her.

Ivy Shen is an opthmalogist for adults and kids. I would highly recommend her because she has been in this field for over 10 + years and very knowledgeable. The staff is extrememly helpful and courteous. The drawback is that the office size is relatively small and the screaming of the kids can be irksome. But, hey i love kids so it doesn’t bother me a bit. Another downside is… Even though the waiting is at least an hour, I would still use her as my doctor.
