I started going here months ago when I moved in to the neighborhood. No problems. I did my laundry and left. Today I go in as usual. Pay around $ 17 to do the laundry. I wash, then put my wash in the dryer. When I take my clothes out of the dryer they’re all tangled up in what looks like sweater-remenant string(you know, grandma sweaters that peel off when you’re not looking). I pull out all of my clothes and check to see if it was my clothing that got loose and out of control – maybe a really bad rip? I can’t find anything and spend the next 15 minutes pulling off sweater-ruin from my clothing. It was so twisted and hard to get off to the point where I had to ask the man working there if I could use his scissors to cut it off. I asked the man if I could have my $ 1.50 back(the amount I spent to dry the clothes). He told me no, that the white sweater-ruin was my fault and was caused by my own clothes. Because I don’t like it when people call me a liar, I pulled every single item of clothing out of the dryer and my bag and proceeded to show him the outer and interior of every garmet I dryed that day(which was close to about 40 lbs of clothes, no joke), including clothes that were not placed in the specific dryer that had shit out white stuff all over my clothes. He nodded his head and then left. He still would not give me the $ 1.50 back so I told him that was okay, he could keep it. I would never come back again. Conclusion: For $ 1.50 the manager of the store lost a customer who washed clothes weekly, paying an average of $ 17 a week. The only good part: The women who work there are very nice. After I took out all of my clothing to show the manager, one asian woman held the bag for me as I put the clothes back.
