Do not use this broker!!!
So they look like they’re pretty trustworthy, because they’re Japanese. Even the broker fee is pretty high, I thought it was going to be worth the extra money for just being on the safe side.
They proved me wrong… They won’t tell you everything about the apartments, the lessor (owner of the apartment), or the agreement (contract). They would not take responsibility or resolve anything when something happens. They would be like, «As we explained to you when you signed the contract…» And they never did!!! It’s all BS and they don’t want to be involved in anything. They try to make it your fault, and they’ll keep telling you that the lessor is so nice. They make money off of people who can’t speak English well, so they can’t say anything back.
At the end, they only want your money, and it’s a complete rip-​off.
