We are experts in the area of custom wigs, and the new, revolutionary innovation called Invisible Hair. We are also the only salon in NYC to offer this specialized hair addition system.

Janet Waddell has been in the industry for over 25 years, working with some of the best and brightest. Her career has taken her to fashion shoots and editorial work. History

Established in 2008.

Janet applied for a 6 month cutting course at Vidal Sassoon in London. She very quickly realized that it was way out of her family’s financial capability so she quietly scratched that idea. Plan B. She went to work for the company and within a year was teaching the very course she couldn’t afford to take herself. Janet became a rising star travelling globally teaching and creating much-​desired collections. Her destinations included Paris, Milan, Prague, Lisbon, Puerto Rico and Mexico City, to name just a few of the highlights of her global hair adventures.

She left the UK and moved to San Francisco when she was invited to run the Vidal Sassoon salon and simultaneously open a school where she taught the legendary Vidal Sassoon technique. It was wildly successful. She moved to New York and became creative director of Vidal Sassoon on 5^th Avenue before joining John Barrett Salon in Bergdorf Goodman and finally opening her boutique salon in Gramercy.

Janet Waddell is the former Creative Director of Vidal Sassoon, and former Education Director and Senior Stylist of the John Barrett Salon. She opened her boutique studio which has grown successfully in a short period of time due to her loyal client following and new clients determined to enjoy Janet’s talent and vibrant energy. Janet’s passion for beauty took her to a new direction, in conjunction to her regular clientele, to offer beautiful solutions for those who suffer from hair loss.

Janet’s acclaimed wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry led her to launch her product line.
