Jazan’s Massage

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever received, from the moment I scheduled the appointment to the time I left (looking like a hot mess), the customer service was above and beyond. Where do I start…
The Logistics:
1) I bought a groupon (being pretty worried as to what I would receive) because I really needed a massage asap. After I bought it, I went online to check their website, and to my disappointment nothing was available for the next day (I mean it when I said asap). However, my luck would change…
2) I emailed Jasmine and noted my availability including the following day and asked if she could please somehow fit me into her schedule. BOOM, within 5 minutes, she responded and could take me at the time requested. I then asked to push back the appt 15min because I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to make it out of work in time — instant response, no problem. Immediately, I received an email confirmation of the scheduled appt.
3) The day of, I realized I could make it out in time, and emailed her to see if I could come in 15min early (to the original time) — yes, I know, super annoying. She replied within 15min and confirmed that the original time would work as well.
SUPERB!
The Actual Massage (90min Deep Tissue)
1) We have a brief discussion in regards to what’s happening with my body, certain areas I wanted worked on, and/​or if she could work on certain areas longer than normal (which could take away time from other areas), any areas I didn’t want (I told her my face), etc…
2) Talk about deep tissue. She basically kneaded in between every muscle group. It’s one of those massages where you couldn’t fall asleep because you had to keep breathing deeply every time she applied pressure or you felt like you would break in half (in a GOOD way). Then again, I did tell her I liked firm/​hard pressure.
3) She worked the kinks in my back, shoulder, upper glut all the way down to my toes, and even my head. Needless to say, I didn’t think 90min was enough!
Afterwards, I just had to pay the tax. I realized then that I had 20% tip ready for what was the discounted rate (this is what was listed in the confirmation email). Ashamed, I told her the situation, and she was more than appreciative and understanding of the situation (as I had no extra cash on me…). I told her she could charge the extra % on my card, however, she told me not to worry about it.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Jasmine for all your massage needs. Thing to note, Groupon is for first time clients only!

My girlfriend bought me a Groupon for this massage parlor a while ago, I’ve tried to reach out to them 2 weeks straight now and to no avail. The location either has closed down, or they refuse to take in no clients who have Groupon coupons.

Cons: 1) no relaxing music; 2) loud sound of air conditioner, couldn’t relax; 3) no essential smell; 4) not comfy headrest (Smth irritating).
Pros: 1) Jasmine is great person; 2) very welcome; 3) offered the water; 4) asked questions prior the massage session; 5) not pushing for a bigger tips; 6) clean office; 7) have organic cream (but unfortunately no organic oil).

I got my boyfriend a massage here for his birthday with Sharron and she was great. She was so nice to the both of us. And he said the massage was amazing and he came out feeling like a new person. He’s very into working out and got the deep tissue massage for his muscles. I wasn’t treated any different just because I also used a groupon. Deff recommend her. Great service.

I had a 60 min massage session at Jazan’s. My masseuse, Jasmin was very pleasant to talk to and she asked questions in advance such as if there were specific areas I wanted focused on and areas not to work on. It was an enjoyable session and while occasionally painful (the good kind) my massage was also very relaxing once most of the knots were worked out.
The décor was a bit lacking, no frills or essential oil aromas but calm and clean. The room is dimmed and a comfortable temperature. Since it was the summer when I went the AC was running. I did feel the air was rather dry and a humidifier would have added a bit more comfort IMO.
Also, I felt the location was a bit tricky to find. There is no sign on the door (or prior instructions) to the place which says Jazan’s Massage so for a second I thought I might have gotten the wrong building.

I just had my first session of massage with Jazmin. It has been AMAZING. This woman has magic in her hands. Although i have to say it has been pretty painful, my back is an absolutely mess! When I walked in to Jazan’s this morning I couldn’t even move my back to pick up something from the floor and I just left the office being a new person. Seriously. It is worth 100%. I just bought the second coupon to come back in two weeks as she’s recommended me. I was told Jazmin was great and we have laughed a lot while I was crying /​shouting /​laughing /​whining.
150% recommended to buy it.

The staff at Jazans are just marvelous. I was welcomed in they made me feel so comfortable. I had a 60minute Deep Tissue with Sharron. She was just amazing, she loosened all my knots, she made me laugh, she explained to me what I should be working on more. I just love it. I can’t wait to go back.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have NEVER, not ever left an establishment without leaving a gratuity. Until today. I have a pretty high threshold for disappointment. That said, I had the absolute worst massage experience of my life at this establishment. I get massages regularly and I have been to many, many massage places in my lifetime. Literally from the second I walked through the door at Jazan’s i felt uncomfortable. 1. When I entered, Sharron stood up from behind the desk and looked at me like she was expecting me to say something. I introduced myself by name and she just looked at me and said, «and?» I am not a mind reader. In my experience if you want a question answered you have to ask a question. 2. My hair had been pinned up and I had loosened it. She asked me why I did that. I told her it was in case shewanted to work on my scalp. She asked me to put it back up and stated «I can’t handle all that». When it wasn’t pinned up to her liking she said, «listen to me, you’re not listening to me». 3. She gave me plenty of unsolicited advice throughout my massage regarding how my body should look. Nothing says relaxation like being criticized from head to toe while laid out on a table in your underwear! 4. After feeling calluses on my feet she gave me unsolicited advice regarding footwear I should be wearing and told me that these are things that I should know because I’m a medical professional. 5. The actual massage was so jerky and that I really could not believe that she was a licensed massage therapist which she claimed to be. The simple fact that she felt that she had to say that just added further doubt. There was zero technique in her work. The whole experience was just crazy. I just laughed to myself because I was so shocked at how little she cared about getting a gratuity at the end. So, I didn’t give her one.

Sharron was absolutely amazing. My legs are incredibly tight and she was able to give a safe and wildly effective massage to help loosen me up. I felt like crying a few times but don’t think it is work it otherwise. I highly recommend setting up a session with her!

I had a really good experience at Jazan’s today. I bought a groupon MONTHS ago and when I realized it expires in three days, I emailed and called; Jasmine got back to me immediately and got me in, an hour later! The spa is clean and pretty and the employees are all very kind and friendly. I had 60 minutes of deep tissue massage from Michelle who is really strong and worked out the kinks in my back (truly — I hurt it two days ago) and I was still relaxed enough to fall asleep on the table. I feel rejuvenated. I plan to go back!

Bought a Groupon for a 90 minute massage at Jazan’s, after seeing the good reviews here and elsewhere. After checking her online schedule and seeing her availability, I emailed to set up my appointment — specifying I would like Jazan as my masseuse — as her schedule for that evening was wide open.
I was booked with Michelle instead. And was told Jazan was unavailable. Even though her schedule was clearly open on her own website. After some backtracking, she tried to explain that someone had «just booked» the appointment and offered me another weeknight. At that point, I knew she was trying to give me a less experienced person because I had a Groupon and then lied about it.
I hate being treated like a second-​class citizen just because I have a Groupon… especially one that I paid $ 83 for! And, I was so thinking that this would be my go-​to masseuse right by my office that could do the deep tissue that I like. Alas, I refunded my Groupon (thank God!) and will be looking elsewhere, for someone honest and upfront about their business.

I saw reviews on Unilocal and was convinced that this massage place is very good. I went with my boyfriend yesterday for Valentines Day and it was one of the best massages my boyfriend and I ever gotten. the staff are the most professional masseuses I’ve ever seen, they were so nice and friendly, and most importantly gave the most relaxing and best massages ever… My boyfriend had the deep tissue massage and Jasmine focused on areas that needed attention and work, he was very pleased and felt like a brand new person. I had a sports massage because I work out a lot and have a lot of soar areas, Sharron made me feel relaxed and worked on areas where I had issues and as well as the rest of my body… I recommend going there any and every time, this massages were worth everything, and I am definitely going to come back there again.

Best. Massage. EVER. Very powerful and strong massage but somehow you feel soooooo relaxed afterwards and muscles feel like jelly — all in a good way. Will not go to any where else now.

Went today for a deep tissue massage and was blown away. Within 5 minutes Sharron figured out where my knots were and spent the rest of the session working them out expertly, she’s a real professional.

Went to Jazan’s massage today for the first time. Sharron was the massage therapist and she was wonderful! She did a great job of working on all my tight areas and was very knowledgable! Definitely recommend!

I just had an amazing massage with Sharron! She took the time to find out exactly where I was hurting and what i needed, and expertly got out pain that I have been feeling for months, and which other masseuses could’t fully address. She was kind, charismatic and attentive, and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I strongly recommend booking a massage with her!

I wasn’t going to review this place because I was afraid to let everyone know about the amazing massage I had, but I can’t be selfish so I’ll let you in on the secret! I Had a great deep tissue massage with Sharron! She had a great energy and flow while working on me. I’m a big guy at 200lbs at 5’10 and well muscled from lifting for 20 years. Sharron’s hands were really strong and she got right into my problem areas and opened them up. At times it was painful (a good kind of pain) and at other times I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I feel like a new man today! You can be sure I’ll be back at least every month. A talented masseuse is hard to find. Thanks Sharron!

Jazmine is an excellent masseuse! She spends the time to ask important questions before she starts about your health, injuries, etc prior to starting. She listened to my requests and gave me a wonderful massage. I am very picky and she exceeded my expectations. If I lived in NYC I’d come see her every month!

Jazmine is amazing. She is simply a pro!!! She is by far the best I have ever had… She first sat down with me and we spoke about what was hurting :) :) then se started her magical massage… It really did relief me from my TMJ pain and I am definitely going back!

She’s amazing! I’m going to continue going there.

If you like «spa massage» where you just want to relax and chill, then go elsewhere. If you need deep tissue massage, then this is the place. I hadn’t had massage for over 6 months; i’m quite athletic (work out 3 – 4 times a week with weights and cardio) and had such tightness in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Sharron got all those knots out in just one session! SO worth the money IMHO.

The massage I got from Jasmin was amazing, I had the 90min deep tissue and she really got in there and worked on my knots and relieved a lot of built up tension!
