Jeff Waddle – State Farm Insurance Agent

Virtually non existent service. I’ve been trying to get an additional policy from them for a couple weeks and they are totally unresponsive. If they are this neglectful when it comes to signing new policies I can’t imagine how they respond when you are filing a claim.

How can people rate Jeff Waddle? I was a customer for years, but never was able to talk to him. Had a question about my homeowners policy, but those in the office would not transfer me to his lordship, and the answers I received were superficial and I could not find out why my premium went up 20 percent. Has anyone ever seen him, or had contact with him outside of his machine-​signed holiday card? Good thing I never had a claim.

I had a wonderful experience obtaining much needed life insurance with the Jeff Waddle agency. Freddy provided exceptional service, a wealth of information and was always available to answer any question/​concern I had. I’ll definitely touch base with Freddy in the future for any of my insurance needs.

I transferred from out of state and initially had a good experience getting two car policies and renters insurance. Six months later I was buying a home and tried to get a homeowners policy. It was a complicated transaction, and I tried explaining the details to Ms. Ramos, who would, in turn, give me quotes (via email) l with inaccurate information. After several email exchanges trying to clarify, I called, but I would get voice mail. I left three messages for her, and never got a call back. In frustration, I left four additional messages on four separate days for Jeff to please call me, and sort through my questions and issues. He never called. It is interesting that they tout their customer service with the tag line of «anytime anywhere.»
I am sticking with State Farm, but getting homeowners insurance from another agent. I will also be transferring my three other policies out of this office.
All I can say is buyer beware!

I’ve been a customer for a while, since shopping around online about 5 years ago. It was time to finally grow up and get some decent renters insurance (about the same time I finally started buying decent furniture!) and I reached out to about 4 or 5 different companies for quotes. Not only did the team get back to me super fast, but they explained all of the options and helped me fine-​tune just the right level of coverage (for a very competitive price).
The thing I appreciate most is that I always get an immediate response, whether by email or phone. Including that one time that I let my renters insurance lapse and by the time we hung up the phone, I had a new policy in my email already. Right now I’m preparing for a move overseas and let me tell you, after dealing with agencies in another country, this kind of great customer service will be missed!

I found the 8^th Street State Farm location two years ago after I had a problem in my apartment and decided I needed Renters Insurance. I was dreading dealing with such a nuisance of a chore, but Freddy made it so easy. He is incredibly patient, clear in explaining something I had no prior familiarity with, and diligent and organized in his follow-​up. On top of all this, he is one of the most responsive and professional people with whom I deal on a regular basis, and I appreciate it so very much. Since signing up for Renters Insurance two years ago, Freddy has made it easy for me to also get a Personal Articles Policy, Life Insurance Policy and Disability is next… I’m feeling very organized and protected! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I never thought I would be singing the praises of an insurance salesman, but Jeff is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Did I mention he was an insurance salesman? Yeah, I know, not the stereotype. Jeff is personable, professional and very welcoming.

Very disorganized and inconsistent service on all levels — billing, sending policy information, and adding or changing services are all difficult tasks. The staff can be pleasant or very rude.
We had a loss of about $ 3,000 and the agency has made it so difficult to file and claim that we are just going to give up on receiving reimbursement. I was hung-​up on by a representative who did not want to answer a question about the claim. My family and I have been with this agency for years and just made a change to another agency when I could no longer stand the poor service.

the people here are really nice and patient and have great rates for homeowners/​apartment insurance.
