I came here to purchase a small earring and have the piercer put it in my ear. It was a seamless gold hoop. My piercing was done over a year ago and was healed I just had trouble putting in the small piercing myself. The piercer pressed so hard on his tools that he pulled my hole so hard it felt like I was getting a piercing. I asked if everything was ok and he said yes. He showed me the earring on me on the mirror and it looked fine. When I got on the train I felt that it wasn’t smooth. When I got home I saw the earring was not only not seamless it was also bent. I couldn’t take it off myself and by morning it was completely infected and swollen because the sharp point kept sliding in my ear. Do not go to the piercer who is there mon-​fri. He does not know what he is doing. Worst part is that he knew he messed up my earring bad didn’t tell me.

Not sure what to do… I was here last night to get my cartilage piercings removed for my surgery today. He had a difficult time removing one of my piercings which was a diamond stud. I noticed that one was bent at an angle but I didn’t notice that the larger stud is now empty.
I think when he was squeezing the stud with pliers, the diamond popped out. The setting is all bent out of shape. I tried calling to see if they could possibly find the loose diamond but the phone number on the business card and on this Unilocal account is a fax number.
They’re really really nice, but… I want my diamond!

Don’t pierce yourself here. They are not professionals. I had to redo my piercing at another place because it was so poorly done.
