Jo Malone

I love Jo Malone. The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because I really love the product! However, the customer service at this location is sub-​par. I was walking by with my mom and needed a new bottle but wasn’t sure what scent I wanted, so I wanted to go into the store instead of ordering it online. Anyway, we went in and no one helped us! It wasn’t crowded and a woman who came in after us was helped immediately while we were just left standing there. Save your time and go to another location or department store!

I love Jo Malone, but if you’re going to have a store outside of the department store… You better make damn sure that there is some form of service. If you don’t have that, there’s no point of opening one. I do not care for the service, but I had to buy the Redcurrant & Cream cologne because I am unable to find it in Houston. I never once asked about the price or haggle the price, but the employees are snobby and did not even greet us. I didn’t feel welcome and I feel uncomfortable condoning this sort of behaivior. They were nicer to each other than their customers. Definitely not coming back, I’ll just visit my usual sales assciociate.
If you want hand massages, you have to make appointments. You have to ask to get your perfume packaged in a box.

I utterly LOVE Jo Malone. I am super fussy about my products, and Jo Malone delivers on quality perfume with high oil content. Go treat yourself, trust me, you won’t regret it.

Beautiful, unique scents! One of these (my secret!) is my absolute favorite smell in the whole world. But I had to give it four stars bc the colognes do not last long on the skin. I carry my bottle with me a spray throughout the day. These products are expensive, so I wish this wasn’t the case. I won’t be without my signature scent, but oh how I wish it had the staying power of perfume!

Lovely scents, gorgeous boutique, friendly staff… you can definitely do some damage to the old pocket book in here! This is a fantastic place to find a gift for any woman in your life, I guarantee she will be more than excited when she sees that gorgeous Jo Malone box!

Ok, there are more than three (I’m easy to please), but those are the first three that come to mind. When I was presented with a HUGE JoMalone box a few weeks ago, I was as giddy as a four year old on Christmas. My BF walked into this boutique without a clue and came out an educated man! He is now very well versed in skincare, fragrance, eye cream, bath oils and even knows the difference between lotion and body cream… how impressive!
I now have enough perfume, body cream and bath products to last me through the winter… my signature scent is Orange Blossom, but I might have to convert to the Wild Fig Cassis for winter… delicious.
The package was beautifully wrapped and packaged in their signature box (it was the size of a box of long stemmed roses) with products laying on a bed of potpurri.
I recommend this boutique for gifts for loved ones or if you just want to treat yourself to a little pampering.

the shop is very clean fresh and neat.

jo has also created something for the men.
the staff at the shop were friendly and helpful too.
although on this occasion i was more helpful to them then they to me.
they had a slight problem with their excel spreadsheet and i managed to sort it out for them.
as such they gave me more samples and were very thankful for my help.
you really need to get down to the shop to experience it for yourself.
