Was referred to Joseph by a business acquaintance. Used him to review my business’s purchase contracts. Very easy to deal with, and down to earth. Gave clear answers to my questions, despite the contract’s plethora of arcane terminology. After each time we spoke/​met, I felt more comfortable with my situation because Joseph really seemed to care.
Although there are plenty of lawyers who care, his expertise and easy to deal with personality make me feel confident that it was well worth it to hire him. When the time comes, I plan on using him for corporate compliance too.

Joseph seemed very knowledgeable and down to earth. Really got me out of a bind.
Stuck to the price quoted even though I had alot of questions.
Would highly recommend. This guy knows his stuff.
A little upset about the parking situation but hey it’s Manhattan. I recommend to take the train or park in the garage around the corner, not on the street!

DO NOT use these people. I hired them to resolve a housing situation. I was told it would cost $ 1000.00 for it to be «done right.» Long story short, they did nothing. When I requested that they follow up I was told they aren’t really authorities in the field! I then requested a refund since service were never provided. They returned a hundred bucks! They kept $ 900 of my money for what was essentially a useless consultation. STAY AWAY.
