Business Owner

Josh grew up with a deep appreciation for the arts and architecture as the son of schoolteachers from a small town in New Hampshire. After high school he moved to New York City, seeking creative minds, intelligent conversation, and the only place in the country where a Gothic Revival Church built in the 1940’s could be turned into arguably the most infamous night club to date.

After spending significant time in New York, Josh began his real estate career at Sotheby’s IR in Boston, and also attended two of the top art schools in the country. Following his mastery of glass blowing and a second concentration in the Business of the Arts, he returned home to New York.

His creative thinking, directness, honesty, and active listening skills are the qualities that enable him to connect with and better understand his clients’ needs.
