I love the work I do as a Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapist and Brennan Healing Practitioner. Through the years I’ve been led to different forms of healing modalities from social work, to massage, to zen shiatsu, and onward into various forms of energy work such as reiki, craniosacral and the auric/​chakra balancing of energy medicine. This exploration sent me full-​circle back to the integration of the mind, the emotions, and both the energy field and the physical body. It’s hard to separate them since all may come up in a session. To support this process, I’ve done trainings in trauma resolution that are body-​centered and self empowering. I find to help people negotiate through their discomfort into a place of resiliency and ease, is truly an honor to be part of and a humbling event.
