Zerooooooo! Place disgusting, upon entering the smell of acetone is super strong, the hood does not work. Do not sterilize the nail clippers, do not wash the water basin used in fingernails among customers. The owner does not respect customers. She passed me in front of another client because it was taking too long to choose the color of the enamel. I declined, so she spent several customers in front of me. absurd situation of retaliation. I left.

My favorite nail salon in New York. It’s close by, everyone is super friendly and the prices are low! I love this place!

I only do my nails with the male tech. He’s the best(don’t go on weekend to avoid getting a rushed mani) I only allow Kim to do my eyebrows. However today I was looking forward to a relaxing mani, pedi, wax & foot massage but relaxing not possible because a lady arrived with a screaming baby. As a mother of 3 I urge ladies to leave the baby with a relative or sitter whenever going to a nail salon, hair salon or spa… It’s not fair for the baby and it’s not fair for the other patrons. Btw service was great as always(I’ve been a customer for 15 years)

I give it 4 stars only because some nail techs are still too aggressive with the filing machine no matter how much I kick up a fuss. This place always had a bad rep when I was a teen in the 90’s and early 2000. Tried it on a whim recently and I love it, it actually shocked me. The nails they do are flawless. I still love my acrylics and they make them look so seamless, and you absolutely can’t beat the price. If you’re still into acrylics this is a great place in the 15 – 22 $ price point. Just be firm about taking it easy on the filing, and you’ll love it but hey they do a gorgeous job and their nail art is flawless. A fill in with all 10 nails of nail art runs you like 25 $.

This place reminds me of expat nail salons overseas-lots of women available to help you — lots of different languages from patrons and lots of womens laughter. All the workers are dressed tidy and their manner is professional. It’s all old school – They let you soak in warm water that has a floral scent. they will use as much elbow grease as it takes to get your feet scrubbed clean. They do the massage part while you are soapy so their hands glide effortlessly up and down your calves. There is very nice oil to finish so your legs feel moist but not greasy. The woman I used was gentle – I didn’t observe any women who were rough. Only the lone guy on staff seemed to have an arogant attitude. My french pedicure was perfect with a thin striaight white line across each toenail. All for less than $ 40.

This was the worst manicure I have ever had. She cut me, was aggressive– I even had to remind her to put on a base coat. I also had to remind her to clear the excess nail polish that was on my skin around my nails after she was finished. It was the same price I pay in west village– which is ridiculous. The esse nail polish was NOT the normal consistency– clear indication that it was watered down improperly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My fingers are red from the abuse, and the nail polish looks like ****.

Friendly, happy, efficient neighborhood nail spot. I have only ever gotten the nicest service here, love coming. They do a great job. Only minor drawback, I really like Essie(nail colors) and selection is a bit limited and they charge extra($ 1) for use of those.
