Great experience at Kiss.
Just moved to the Harlem area and bought most of my electronic needs from Kiss.
The store seemed to have the latest tech at fairly low prices.
I spoke to different salesmen each time and both helped me out tremendously. They advised me in my best interest and even gave me a 15% off my first purchase coupon which was awesome.
I purchased a 55 inch LED Samsung SmartTV, a NetGear internet router, a Bluetooth Speaker and a BBQ grill. Happy with everything.

I’ll give them 3 stars because they have great sales and some really good items. I brought a refurbished 55inch smart TV and it’s been working great! I also signed up with the flex credit thingy and it worked out in my favor. Soon I’ll be buying a Mac Book Pro. All they need to work on is customer service skills. Only the boss that looks fairly young is great at customer service. Everyone else is just here to get the sale. Lol

That advertise on those free newspapers you get in the train stations and the deals and prices look incredible, but when you go to their website or walk into the store, the stuff they advertise is nowhere to be found. False advertising.

Don’t go to this store for anything but dvds on sale. or maybe other little items like multi cords. this store is not good for electronics. the workers act like used car sales men

I purchased a refurbished A/​C (Sole US Air) from them in August. It didn’t function as advertised so I returned it with no problem. A newly refurbished unit was given to me and placed in a taxi cab for easy transport. It works fine. Nathan is the best sales rep in the store. I would return without hesitation to purchase another appliance.

Despite everything I read about kiss electronics, I made a trip to the store on 125^th street in Harlem to buy the tablet they advertised for 39.99 which included case with built in keyboard. I had amazing buying experience. Not only that the store was professionally setup but the sales reps were all very responsive courteous and professional. Every question I asked was answered professionally. I would never get that at Best buy. No bait and switch tactics. Product was exactly as described/​advertised. They have pretty much everything at very competitive prices. Definitely my future spot to buy electronics and appliances for my apartment.

I’ve been purchasing from kiss for a while now. My mother in-​law purchased me a washer dryer combo as a gift from of Richard. She payed 929 for the unit. She is new to town so never heard of kiss. When I went to kiss to see what they had. They had the exact same machine for 430 dollars less! We returned the one from of PC Richards and went to kiss. They are a bit «old school» but you will always find the best price at kiss. Make sure you checkout the lower level. It is much bigger than expected!

Bought a refurbished A/​C unit from this place back in the summer when I moved. Ended up saving me a ton. Just recently bought a Vizio TV (also a refurb) and that too saved me a decent amount of cash. Honestly, I don’t see myself buying new as long as I can get deals like this.
This store is kind of far from my apartment but they offer delivery for an extra charge, which is kinda worth it when you’re dealing with something big and cumbersome like an A/​C unit or TV.
Also, the store and selection is pretty huge considering it looks small from the outside. Definitely gonna go back for any big box appliance needs in the future.

The selection is mediocre, but even worse is the service. I arrived a few minutes before the official opening and they made me wait outside while employees just looked at me and laughed. Then they opened late. If you have a better option (Amazon!) use it. This place sucks.

If your pockets are shallow, this is the place to purchase electronics.

NEVER SHOP HERE! This is one of those places that hire the stereotypical «used car salesman» type of sales people. Nice people, but the type to hustle hard with no regard to ethics. But, that’s not why I’m writing this review.
THESE GUYS ARE SLEEZE BALLS. I bought a TV here — at market price — the same sales price as costco and walmart. I bought it because it because it was the same price but I could save money on shipping or cab because I live a short walk away.
I get the TV home and IT DOES NOT WORK! I call customer service and they tell me that the tv was originally sold to walmart — it broke and was returned and walmart sold it to Kiss. So basically I paid full price for something that was knowingly broken and bought or stolen at a discount. Furthermore, my TV isn’t covered on warrenty because it wasn’t sold to them. However, the sales man told me it is under warranty and also told me it was brand new.
I also bought a printer — guess what! That doesn’t work either! I’m so pissed — this took a huge chunk of my day — trouble shooting, calling customer service, etc.
This is 32″ VIZIO smart TV. The tech guy was kind of a jerk too — mean and useless. then had the nerve to try to sell me other VIZIO products!
I’m going to try to return these two items for a full refund. I have to sink even more time into this.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that you have the worst sales personnel. i came in to look at some equipment and you staff was so weird looking at me like i was an alien. Seems like they need to know why they are there in the store. there was one random guy who came up to me and tryng to get funnny with me and your staff was watching this from far and the guy went back to the so called sales personnels and started stated giggling. We are respectful people who are looking to furnish their house. Doesnt seem like the store has good sales reps. they are all screwed up in the head and act weird. i am an engineer and i earn 4 times what they earn but i still give a person respect when i talk to people. but seems like you guys need to change your staff to more decent ones. You just lost a customer permanently. i swear i will never come back to your store again. and believe me i dont have anything good to share with my friends and family about the store. i came with a hope to find a good. deal. in turn i just saw a bunch of screw ups who make fun of their customers and look at them as though they are not humans. You dont have the audacity to treat your customers right then dont open a store. there is thin line between arrogance and attitude. But seems like the staff in the television section are way too arrogant. Set your manners before you ask people to come and buy in your store. Its like a freak show in there. the woman and men are all rude and have no sense of decency to treat their customers. You just didnt lose one customer, you lost a whole set of customers who are known to me (friends or family).

I will agree with the other reviewers as a harlem resident I STRONGLY don’t recommend coming to kiss I brought a 40 inch refurbished tv from them. The price was pretty much on the mark; but after waiting a cool 35 mins for someone to help me I had to ask someone about the item of choice (In which the dude probably didn’t know nothing about it) so i did my research RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PERSON and came to a conclusion that i wanted the set. Now this guy is finagling me about warranty which the set already has but he wanted me to do it by them after I told him no like 4 times he got pissy with me and told some guy something of another and then when i got the box… not only the person didn’t tie it up tight and correct it nearly fell apart as i was talking it to the cab (As if he WANTED me to drop it!!). But all it all my tv set made it home safely but the customer service there is not only the worse. but they all seem to carry attitudes under their belt so trust me you can do better even if the prices seem affordable to it… look elsewhere!
Update: While the Television does work greatly nearly almost at the price of bad packaging from the store the only thing i MIGHT get from them are Dvd/​blu ray movies… NOTHING ELSE!

Never again am i going to this place. Starting with that statement, you can only guess this was a bad experience. In thought of saving time, i called the store’s number to see if they had a certain item for sale, the guy who answered said yes and i asked for a price, the price seemed right and i went to the store to pick it up, maybe see what else they had and go on my merry way. When i arrived to the store, it seemed very sketchy at first, like the tourist places you see down in the city that charge you double the price for a camera etc. As i look around for someone to help me (the people who were working there, were just walking around seemingly busy), i asked a lady, for the item i wanted, the very first answer i got from her, BEFORE i even finished my sentence was an «i don’t know». Again once more i explained what i was looking for, and she directed me toward the basement floor. Downstairs i still didn’t get the help for a simple item i was looking for, and i said that i had called PREVIOUSLY (5min or so) before, to get the price’s item, nothing. I walked out, with a «thank you» greeting. Don’t bother with this place at all, talking with the locals i found out that they also don’t recommend it.

This store is an absolute scam. They pull bait and switch tactics for advertised products, as well as feature popular items in which they have no stock for. Any perceived deal you might get is offset by the gamble you’re taking simply by shopping with them. Don’t waste your time with this place.
