The proprietor, AJ, has created a haven for people that value wearing their hair unprocessed. She does natural hair, locs (interlock and twist), maintenance, and a variety of braiding styles. She does rod sets, straw sets, flat twists, cornrows and kinky twists. A practicing vegan, she also advocates healthy living and acceptance of your natural self as God made you and therefore uses no chemicals or sulfate shampoos. She has created a very peaceful environment for washing drying and styling your hair, serving you blueberry-​agave tea as you dry. AJ has been my stylist for 4+ years now, styling my natural afro of 5 years and transitioning me to locs from my large afro.
