Konstantin Vasyukevich, MD

Dr Konstantyn injected Restylane around my smiling lines. He did permanent damage to my face. He damaged the lower right side of my face included my contour. This is difficult to achieve! His assistant Luba went on telling me how Dr Konstantyn was a MASTER INJECTOR… just be careful and don’t do injections with him.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Konstantin for a magazine article I wrote for a luxury publication. During our conversation, it became clear to me that he is dedicated to perfection. He is committed to discovering every patient’s unique beauty like an artist. His office on the Upper East Side is elegant and welcoming and Luba at the front desk creates a warm and friendly atmosphere upon arrival. Dr. Konstantin takes a genuine interest in his clients. With extensive training at some of the world’s leading institutions, he is well-​versed in traditional, as well as, the most up-​to-​date and modern facial rejuvenation techniques. I loved in the interview when he told me, «At the end of it all, my biggest reward is seeing a smile on my patient’s face.» I have complete confidence in referring my friends and associates to him.

I had a facelift and necklift with Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevitch in April of 2015. Dr. Konstantin, as he is called, is a very talented surgeon. He is personable, down to earth, friendly, and answered every question I had completely and fully. I was quite apprehensive about having surgery, yet, I wanted my jowls and crepy neck skin gone! After interviewing several doctors, Dr. Konstantin was the doctor I felt most comfortable with. I really liked his before and afters pictures… his clients not only looked better, they looked younger, too!
I felt very confident that Dr. Konstantin could give me a very good, yet natural looking result. I was right! I am very happy with what I see in the mirror every day! The surgery itself was done with local and oral sedation, and though it is surgery, it was much easier than I had anticipated. What a difference to have the jaw and neck back that I had 15 years ago! If you are looking for a great NYC surgeon, have a consultation with Dr. Vasyukevitch.

I went to Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich for a facial filler injection. Overall, I am not happy with the experience or results.
The results are not a disaster, but I do feel like I wasted my money. I had to go to another doctor to dissolve the filler that Dr. Konstantin injected.
More disturbingly, I was very irked by Dr. Konstanin’s personality. I found him to be dishonest, aloof and uncaring.
Dr. Konstantin did not fill the areas on my face that I wanted filled in. He overfilled other areas and left my face looking uneven.
He just does his own thing, without listening to the patient. We really didn’t connect.
I specifically showed him the hollow areas and lines on my face that I wanted filled in; for the most part, he just ignored my requests. He just put the filler wherever he felt like and he didn’t even do a good job. He overfilled and left me with lumps on my face.
He has his routine way of doing things and didn’t seem interested in my specific requests. I don’t think he’s capable of connecting with his patients.
When I complained about the results afterwards, he lied about what I requested and got very belligerent.
I was initially lured to Dr. Konstantin by all the positive reviews he has online. I am now skeptical of the authenticity of these reviews.
Overall, after everything is said and done, the experience wasn’t horrible, but I really can’t recommend.
His office staff is okay. His administrative assistant, Luba, is very nice and cooperative. His surgical assistant was smiley and polite, but I didn’t feel he was very knowledgeable.
His staff primarily act to promote and protect the doctor. They are going to give you piles of literature and promotional materials about Dr. Konstantin.
His staff won’t stop telling you about how great Dr. Konstantin is. I thought it was a little over the top and tasteless. I couldn’t fit all the promotional materials in my briefcase. I will admit that Dr. Konstantin has a very good publicist.
Dr. Konstantin and his assistant speak fluent Russian. It seemed like the Russian patients in his waiting room were happy. So maybe the doctor and I just had a culture clash.

Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich is a true artist! After A LOT of extensive research (this is your face after all!), I decided to go in for a consult to see what he could suggest for me to press pause on the aging process for now.
Office is located on the Upper East Side. Great & friendly staff! I met with Dr K and he gave me suggestions without making me feel insecure. No hard sell or anything like that. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I went with getting xeomin on the «11s» (lines between the brows). I couldn’t be happier with my results! !! He goes for a natural look, so you don’t get that frozen weirdo surprised look. I have been getting a lot of compliments. Best of all, everyone has been saying I look rested. Perfect! I can’t recommend him enough.

I saw Dr. Vasyukevich to remove a skin cancer on my cheek. He was gentle, but efficient. The procedure was done under local anesthesia and I was very comfortable. I was moved to write a review because, at four weeks post surgery, the scar is invisible. I am actually a surgeon myself and must say I am startled by this result.
