We strive to be the premier, exclusive fine dining restaurant in the local kosher marketplace. Our French inspired cuisine, extensive Sushi selection, and multi level setting will cater to any preference and flavor palette, whether new or traditional.
We will be serving top quality, 28-days aged steaks that are hand cut daily, on premise, and seasoned to perfection. The grill will be loaded with steaks cooked to the proper degree of doneness that our guests request. We believe that our Kitchen Staff has the potential to meet and exceed the demand to satisfy our goals in the kosher dining industry. We want our guests to have the total experience when visiting our restaurant. Not only will our guests receive a great meal, they will also be provided with a fun and exciting atmosphere. We will implement stirring and unique techniques, such as displaying our aging process in every dish, special cocktail drinks, detailed and analyzed wine list, professional service and so much more. All this will go into a unique experience that will set us apart from the competition. We will want the dining experience to be as pleasing to the senses as it is to the palate.

Business Owner
Avi Cohen, the owner of La Brochette, originally from Tel Aviv, Israel, grew up amongst a family of chefs and restaurateurs, engraining in him a deep seated passion for creating remarkable dishes and providing incomparable hospitality experiences from an early age. His culinary achievements date back to his two restaurant openings in Tel Aviv, both of witch were renowned for their Middle Eastern cuisine in vibrant settings. Years later Cohen and his family travelled to New York, where he and his business partner opened a Kosher Israeli restaurant, known for its home cooking style of cuisine. Having charmed the American palate with authentic Middle Eastern restaurants, Cohen set his sights on his true passion and lifelong dream or owning a fine dinning establishment La Brochette!
