Avoid this place at all costs! The lady at the front desk only cares for herself. I walked in at 1125 needing to take a drug test for a job and she said «you have to urinate now or Come back at a later time because i go to lunch at 1130 and I’m not waiting» I then told her“let me drink a little cup of water and I’ll go in” and she said «I do not have time for this you do it now or later»
In the time we argued over me drinking a little cup of water that was right next to me it could have been done and over with.
Worst worst worst customer service I have ever experienced. Terrible lady to have at the front. Most horrible service I’ve ever received from anywhere in my life.

I was only dropping by to pick up some container for sample collection. I called ahead of time to make sure I don’t need an appointment and can just stop by. When I arrived, there was nobody in the front desk. The door to the back exam rooms was wide open. I waited for about 10 minutes and decided to ask if anybody was in the back. I spotted a nurse/​receptionist in the back and waved to her. She acknowledged me but didn’t come forward. I waited for another 5 minutes and finally she showed up. She did not apologize at all; instead, she complaint that I should have just waited as she was with patient. In fact, I was not sure if she really was with the patient — she walked back and forth putting stuff in the fridge. I also noticed that there was no privacy as I could clearly see her PC screen and all the stuff, and change the information on the PC if I really wanted — PC screen was not locked. The office door was not closed or locked, and there was about 15 min without anybody in the front desk. Next time I will try QuestLab…

I honestly don’t understand why receptionists and customer service personnel working in medical labs cannot be more polite and personable people. My husband entered this facility on the morning on Feb 5^th. There was only one other patient waiting to have their blood drawn. The attendant hastily advised him put your name on the list and kept shooing him to the pad with a list of names. All he wanted to do was to ask if this lab was in network with Aetna insurance only to be told to contact his insurance to find out. Seriously Miss Luba you should have a list off all insurance plans accepted by labcorb at your disposal. you obviously had no interest in performing your job. I have never been to a lab where the front desk is unable to answer whether the insurance is accepted or not and if this was really the case I would advise all to stay away from this lab …

I been going here since they opened. I have been in and out in 10 minutes. .My doc said quest has become a pain and sent me here. Fast and good service. Its on Austin Street so street parking can be rough. There is a parking garage down the block. It is close to my house so I just stroll by. You can walk in or make an appointment on line. You can also search for one closest to you on labcorps site.
