Lambert & Shackman represented me on a commercial lease matter and continue to provide excellent, STELLAR legal representation.
Mr. Lambert and Mr. Shackman should be law professors in real estate and their firm specializes in real estate. Because they do real estate litigation as well as leases, they have extraordinary knowledge on the crucial, granular ins and outs of a lease since they’ve also experienced what happens when a lease provision is missing or misdrafted.
Good piece of advice — flee when you see a firm dabbling in different areas of law (real estate & immigration & litigation, etc.) because they know only a little bit about everything. You wouldn’t want a dentist/​dermatologist performing your heart surgery, would you?
