Getting the appointment was easy but it was a pain in the ass to reschedule it because they never pick up their darn phone. When I finally went in for my facial and microdermabrasion, the technician was very knowledgable and explained every step of the process. The room was relaxing with an iPad playing music in the background but it’s true, it’s FREEZING in there! The facial was decent but during microdermabrasion, the lady left a little scratch mark on my forehead that went away the next day.

I used a livingsocial voucher for a papaya facial. It was supposed to be a 60 min facial but i was done within 45 mins. Very average facial.

The swedish massage is good. The environment is relaxing. There is a heated massage table, so I dont feel cold. I reserved my appointment a month before to avoid the high volume of living social and groupon appointments.

I’ve gotten two massages here, as I purchased a three-massage voucher from Living Social. The Pros: The massage itself was fine. I had different technicians and both were okay — not the greatest massage ever, but fine. The staff was busy, but friendly. The Cons: The room is VERYCOLD. I received a blanket during treatment, but not very relaxing when getting dressed afterwards. Booking is difficult — appointments are difficult to get Generally not a very relaxing environment — you can hear everything that goes on in the halls outside the room, you change in the room so there’s nowhere to wait/calm/mentally prep before hand(I know this won’t matter to all, but I like my massages to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience, where this a bit clinical). I’ll go back for the 3rd in the package, as I’ve already paid for it, but won’t be returning afterwards.

If I could give this establishment a zero I would, they are very unprofessional and rude and forget about redeeming the living social voucher with them it is a nightmare to get an appointment. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Can’t comment on the actual service I paid for because I could not get an appointment and they will not issue a refund.

My wife asked me to post this: I had the worst experience at this place. I had a LivingSocial Deal. It was near impossible to get an appointment with them; I must have called and texted them for about 3 weeks before I received any response. Once I made an appointment, I showed up and they kept telling me «just a few more min». After waiting for 45 min past my appointment time, I had to get back to work. Can’t comment on the actual service(facial) as it never happened. Thank goodness LivingSocial refunded my money.
