Business Owner

Before entering private practice, Gregg began his career at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office. At the Brooklyn DA’s office, Gregg initially worked on assault, gun and drug possession, shootings, robberies, and DWI cases. Gregg was soon promoted to the prestigious Rackets Division. In the Rackets Division, Gregg investigated Grand Larceny, Fraud, Police Brutality, Police Misconduct, Corruption, Perjury, Counterfeiting, and Hate Crimes.

Gregg was the Assistant District Attorney in charge of several high-​profile Firearms-​Trafficking investigations which garnered the attention of the New York Times, the New York Post, the New York Daily News, New York 1, and the WCBS-​NY News, among other media outlets. In 2012, Gregg capped his distinguished career at the DA’s Office by running a Firearms Trafficking wiretap which safely removed 87 firearms from the streets of Brooklyn.

Now, Gregg primarily practices criminal defense and commercial/​civil litigation.
